DPS offers its clients “Open Book Bidding”. This estimating process ensures that the client receives multiple qualified competitive bids from all trades bidding their work. This competitive bidding environment protects the client from general contractors offering a “lump sum” approach to its clients. This open book policy also allows clients to review all subcontract proposals and be a part of the bidding process if they so choose.

We believe that the first step to any design is to first define what is being built. DPS has invested in three dimensional design software developed to offer clients, a virtual tour of their project before final plans and specifications are completed. This 3-D modeling approach brings the clients’ project to life and allows them the opportunity to experience their project before a significant investment is made in final design costs. This modeling helps DPS better identify the needs and wants of its clients.
