As a commercial developer, Walter Wayne’s purpose is to address community challenges through enhanced building development. These building challenges include renovating reusable existing space as well as developing projects that are compatible with, but not conflicting with a community’s comprehensive plan.

It is our intent to create if feasible, sustainable physical space which exists in balance with the local environment. This includes our responsibility to reduce energy consumption, as well as thoughtful planning in regards to the overall environmental footprint of our developments.
