Dave Diamond, President
Dave has over thirty-five years experience in commercial construction and real estate development. He has extensive experience in healthcare, logistics, and multifamily development. He oversees project qualification, project financial analysis, and project disposition. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University and has completed Harvard University’s Certificated Program in Finance and Real Estate Development.
Randy Christianson, Sr Vice President, Project Development
Randy has been involved in the real estate profession since 1985 and has focused his talents on sales and development in the Madison, WI Area. In the past twenty years of his career, he has worked on large scale housing developments completing entitlement work and seeing projects through to completion. This valued experience and understanding of the Madison development landscape is one reason Walter Wayne is poised to offer new developments in the Madison area.
Leonard Suchobrus, Vice President Business Operations
Leonard is dedicated to the principals of leadership and integrity, and has over 35 years of extensive finance and investment experience as a RFC Registered Financial Consultant, CM Certified Manager, former member of NAIFA National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and NASD National Association of Security Dealers. As head of operations Leonard’s financial acumen is witnessed daily as Walter Wayne continues to expand its real estate holdings.
Leonard was born in Brisbane Australia and attended Rock Valley College and Saddleback College, Mission Viejo, CA.; he is a Marine Corps Veteran, and resides in Rockford, IL. Leonard is active on nonprofits such as inner-city children’s program and safety coordinator for a water ski show team. He enjoys spending quality time with his 3 children and grandson. Leonard has been spotted experiencing many a sunrise or sunset on either the Pacific, Atlantic or Indian Ocean.
Charles Barnes, Property Management Operations
Charles oversees property management and construction services. Building maintenance, tenant support services, and tenant improvements are services provided to ensure tenants enjoy the work, live, and play environment provided. Charles is a retired District Chief and Paramedic from the Rockford Fire Department. His thirty-three-year career took him through the ranks of emergency response, from first in crews to commanding significant emergency incidents and being in charge of Technical Rescue and Hazardous Materials Response. Charles is also the highway commissioner for his township and is active on community boards. He enjoys traveling outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Cayden Shim, Assistant Operations Manager
A student at UW Madison, Cayden Shim is pursuing a degree in finance. Joining the team as an intern and as the Assistant Operations Manager at Walter Wayne Development, Cayden thrives in the world of financial analysis. Beyond the numbers, Cayden’s interests span the realms of fantasy sports and weightlifting. Eager to blend academia with real-world experience, Cayden hopes to make the most of his time with Walter Wayne Development, learning a lot along the way.
