After the buildings are built and leased, there is still an important function to be done for the tenants and owners of commercial property – Property Management.
Walter Wayne employs a property manager to care for and maintain buildings that are built and leased by Walter Wayne development. Building and site inspections are completed on a quarterly basis to determine energy efficiency as well as to inspect for preventive maintenance items that need resolved.
The Property Manager administers the scheduled common area maintenance for each building as well as completes all rent revenues and expenditure reports for each tenant, on behalf of the owner(s). The manager also submits a tenant/owner survey once per year to gain valuable feed back from building users as to the productivity of the space occupied.
